We are family run artisan microbakery based in Malvern Hills. We source water from the Evendine Spring on the Malvern Hills and we use salt from Churchfields Saltworks. Our flour is derived from the local mills, Shipton Mill and Matthews Cotswold Flour Long fermentation process gives our bread unique taste.
